The fishing has been pretty good earlier in the day and shuts down around 11 and picking back up until 4 or so.  (The South and East shore line is still closed until July 1st). Fishing has been pretty good with leeches, damsel nymphs, scuds, and chironomids. 

Here are a few tips for fly fishing Georgetown Lake:

1. A balanced leech stripped or under an indicator is the best method right now. 
2. Small damsel patterns and chironomids are also effective.
3. Cover water and be methodical and you'll catch fish!

Here are a few fly suggestions:

1. Black balanced leech 

2. Damsel nymph

3. Maroon balanced leech

4. Ice cream cone head chironomid
