The new fabric features a DWR coating to keep water absorption to a minimum and speed up dry time, yet manages to offer UPF 50+ sun protection even when wet. Because they're cut slightly longer than the average athletic short, you’ll really notice the extra protection when stuck in a rower’s seat all day with the sun blazing across your lower thighs. The gusseted crotch eliminates binding and allows for extra movement. Features two rear pockets and one side zip pocket to stash critical items like a phone, terminal tackle, or keys.
